Natsu has landed the punch that will start the war between the Spriggan 12 and Ishgal. As the battle rages on Ajeel sends an attack that will dry out anyone who is touched by it. Makarov fearing the safety of his children uses his giant form to swipe them all up and protect them. Suddenly right before the wave was to hit our Fairy Tail family a familiar face shows up and blows the sand away with one blow. Laxus shows up and says the words that will resonate with all Fairy Tail members, "We are not retreating we are going home, we are late for dinner." Ajeel came out of this one the victor but we get a glimpse of his power, and the fact that another one of the 12 was protecting him during the battle.
This war is going to be bloody, and we may not like the outcome of it. I fear that many people will not make it to the end of the story. Though it may not be main staples like Natsu, Lucy, Grey or Erza we could lose many Fairy Tail members. The Spriggan 12 seem too strong not to kill a few, if not most, of Ishgals mages. Throw in the fact they are led by Zeref himself only makes me fear even more. However it is nice to see the guild finally come together and see how much everyone has grown. Laxus seems to have gotten extremely more powerful within the year and even physically he looks so much more different. We will have to wait and see what happens next week, but all I know is something bad is about to happen.
