Kyoraku strikes, cutting off the barrel of Borro's sniper rifle, but the Quincy is still in with a shout, as he begins to counterattack the new head captain. As the two feel each other out, Borro reveals that he already has knowledge of Kyoraku's abilities, and his ability to make games become real. As they continue their game, Borro explains his abilities as he shoots down Kyoraku; however, it is once again revealed to be a deception, and Kyoraku says that the danger of a child's game is getting dragged in whether you like it or not, as they face each other down, ready to fight until one of them goes down.
