Bleach 646: THE SECOND EYE

Kyoraku is struck again, while the rest of the group resolves to move on, so they can advance on the Quincy while Kyoraku keeps Borro occupied. However, Kyoraku might be in for more than he bargained for, as Borro quickly repairs his gun after a followup attack and reveals that his gun is his "bow," which he can repair and rebuild at will using his own spirit energy. However, Kyoraku is still in the fight, as he counters with more of his "shadow" clones (cue justified Naruto fanboy rage), and stabs Borro from behind. However, Borro reveals his trump card: by opening his other eye multiple times in a single fight, he can activate his full power. He then transforms into what appears to be his volstandig form. Can Kyoraku survive the imminent onslaught, or is he going to need the backup that just left him behind?

Naruto 646: God Tree

Hello everyone, it looks like we receiving the gift of manga goodness early this week and Naruto has come to us a day earlier than usual as well as Bleach. This week’s manga chapter is entitled “God Tree” and I have to tell you all, I was excited right away by this title and it certainly didn’t disappoint me. As a recap of last week, we had finally seen some good offensive from Naruto, Minato and the second hokage as Naruto unleashed the full power of both his sage mode and Nine Tails chakra. But when things seemed to be at their best, Obito had something to counter the abilities of Naruto, despite all the energy he and the others put forth. This week we finally get some more action from Hashirama and Madara’s fight together, who have only been appearing on a page or two to break up the action, but now we hear words of just how the Infinite Tsukuyomi works as Obito unleashes its final stage. Things look pretty bleak once more and who knows if Naruto and the shinobi alliance have much more they can do, you’ll have to jump in and find out in this week’s chapter of Naruto. As a side not next week’s chapter is going to be 21 pages long in honor of JSAT which is Jump Super Anime Tour, so get excited everyone, we’re in for a good long chapter it would seem.  

Naruto 645: Two Powers

Hey everybody, looks like things are continuing to heat up in the world of Naruto more and more now that Naruto, his father and the second hokage are ready to start taking the offensive in the battle with Obito. This week’s chapter is entitled “Two Powers” and in it things are going even more intensely as Naruto is now in contact with the full power of nine tails thanks to a friendly fist bump from Naruto’s father. But chakra alone won’t be enough as the only thing that has been able to wound Obito so far has been Naruto’s sage mode and the use of natural energy attacks. And of course Obito is not just sitting around anymore enjoying his new god like powers and he is ready to end this world of suffering that has been created and started the Infinite Tsukuyomi, ending this pointless war. Pop on in and find out just what Naruto and his friends are going to do and whether or not they finally have the power to take down Obito for good. Also in closing I’d love to point out to all the other Naruto fans how funny it is that Sasuke is pretty much been standing around being useless the whole time this is been going on, ha-ha gotta love it, peace out everyone.
