This chapter focuses more on the origin of the Wretched Egg, finally bringing things full circle and explaining what "the wish" is and why. Ganta finally realizes the extent of his guilt in creating "original sin" and is finally ready to confront his sins. As the chapter goes on, we finally realize the entire truth about how and why Ganta's class was murdered, and what brought him to Deadman Wonderland. While we already knew what we needed to, we finally have some additional details that pave the way to a bit of a twist regarding the true identity of the Wretched Egg.
