In the News: Battlefield 4 "Fishing in Baku"

This new Battlefield 4 trailer is up to show off some of the graphics, gameplay, and story in the highly anticipated next installment in the franchise.  This trailer, like Battlefield 3's story, starts you out near the end, trapped in a rather heart-pounding and unpleasant spot.  From there, the clock turns back to a prior point, leading you along the course of events leading up to the unfortunate situation you started out in.  The graphics and gameplay look incredible, throwing you into the action with your standard weapons, but we're seeing what might possibly be more work on squad mechanics, with air support and suppressing fire being used in the gameplay to give the player the importunity to flank enemy positions and clear out concentrations of enemy troops.  This give the game, at least so far, a very grounded feel, where you need to use your head more in order to progress in the story.  I hope some of these ideas come to play in the multiplayer as well, improving on the squad mechanics introduced in the previous titles.
