Naruto 700: Naruto Uzumaki!!

Well, it's finally here everyone, after fifteen years of chapters Naruto has come to it's final pages and it's enough to bring anyone down. I happened to have started the show when I was about thirteen years old and it was probably the first thing I had defined as an anime in my mind, even though DBZ and others came before it. I'm really going to miss these chapters but I have no doubt that we haven't seen the last of the Naruto world. This chapter is a fitting farewell for the series and it jumps quite a few years into the future. We see the Leaf Village doing well once more and we also get to see the new faces of the people we've known for years. But also some new faces are here too, that's right our favorite ninja have been busy making the next generation and the pairings/faces are something to be seen. Some you could see coming from miles away but it's still fun to see them finally brought to life, but I won't spoil any of that for you all. I hope you all enjoy these last pages as much as I did, goodbye Naruto Uzumaki!!

In the News: "Legends" Series Premiere Tonight + NO Manga

Tonight, Legends premieres on TNT at 9:00.  We will have an episode review out later this week, and we're hoping it turns out as good as we hope.  Sean Bean is a man who has seen many death scenes, but we're hoping this series will see him hang around.  The general impression I get from this series is a twist on the Bourne trilogy, giving us a main character who has issues trying to resolve his own past.  Whether the memory loss is accidental or orchestrated, that remains to be seen.  But I would imagine this pilot episode will work on establishing characters, and begin setting up both for weekly stories, as well as a larger mystery that will have to be solved.

In other, brief news, there is no new reviews for Bleach or Naruto, since both series are on break.

Naruto 687: You will

Hey everyone, it's a new week and that means it's time for some more Naruto action to enjoy. Last week we saw Naruto and Sasuke reunite with everyone and Kaguya was not pleased by this develepment in the least. She moved to end the threat that the two posed right away but at the last moment Kakashi and Obito moved to protect them from a fatal attack. They were going to meet Rin together in the next life together but Obito had other plans as he used his kamui to move all the attacks toward himself. Obito really has changed immensily much like many of the rivals who face Naruto do and in this last act he goes on to meet Rin once again for some time to themselves while Kakashi aids the new generation. It's another tear jerking chapter everyone and I hope you enjoy it, I'll see you all next week for the next chapter of Naruto. 

Naruto 683: I had the same dream as you

Hello everybody, I'm sorry for the late entry for this week's chapter of Naruto but I have been on a little bit of a vacation. But let's move on to what you're all here for and that is another chapter of Naruto awesomeness, this week's chapter was entitled "I had the same dream as you" and picks up in a bit of crisis for Naruto and Sasuke. After Naruto's completely ridiculous plan met with failure, Kaguya and her Black Zetsu realized that they must separate the two in order to finish gaining control over all the chakra in the ninja world once again. Sasuke now is in an entirely alternate dimension and Naruto stands alone to face this God like power. What is going to happen? Well you'll have to jump on in and find out, hope you enjoy. Naruto 680: Once Again

Hey everyone, well it's Wednesday once again and that means its time for our weekly manga update and catch up on more Naruto. Last week's chapter left me extremely surprised as I did not expect the manga to go in this direction even though we've been in the habit of resurrecting former people but this was a big one. Black Zetsu revealed his true intentions last week in this war by betraying Madara once he finally obtained his final eye from Obito and now through some sort of strange resurrection style, Black Zetsu and Madara combined to bring back Kaguya Otsutsuki, the rabbit goddess and patriarch of chakra. This was an extreme shock to me and now this immense new power is here standing before Naruto and Sasuke who can tell that her power is on a whole other level even by Madara's standards. Will Naruto and Sasuke even be able to pose a threat to Kaguya or will she return all the world's chakra to her once again, turning all those lost in the infinite tsukyomi to White Zetsu. Hop on in and find out just what this chapter has in store and I will see you all again for another chapter next week.   

Naruto 679: The beginning of everything

Hey everybody, I want to start things off with an apology, if the link I provide for this week's manga gives you a lot of ad pop ups I have no idea why the site I use is being like that this week. On to the chapter though, this week's chapter is entitled "The beginning of everything" and after a shock reveal last week we finally get a glimpse into the intentions of Black Zetsu. Both Zetsu have always been a tremendous mystery, they've been a part of the war and even the Akatsuki but they have always been a massive question mark, even more than Obito was behind that mask. Now it appears he's betrayed any semblance of loyalty by piercing Madara in the back last chapter when all of his plans have come to fruition. What does this all mean? What is Zetsu all about? Pop on in on Naruto and find out. 

Naruto 678: My Will

Hey everybody, it's Wednesday and that means its time for our favorite manga once again and God is it getting better and better. This week's chapter is entitled "My Will" and after last week we have finally seen Madara's plans come to light as he casts the Infinite Tsukuyomi on the world and put them under his dream genjutsu technique. I must say it isn't what I imagined would happen once it finally happened, everyone being wrapped up like mummys I mean but it is none the less interesting to see and to see what everyone's dream state is like, which you'll see in this chapter. Naruto and Sasuke tried their hardest to prevent this but couldn't make it to Madara in  time to stop him but can you blame them? They had their hands pretty full. Sasuke acted quickly though and prevented Sakura, Naruto, Kakashi and himself from being locked in the genjutsu by shielding them in his susanoo. Now they have to figure out their next move and see if they can put an end to this nightmare that Madara has put the world into. It's another fantastic chapter of Naruto goodness everyone so hop on in and enjoy, I'll see you all next time.  

Naruto 677: Infinite Tsukuyomi

Hello everybody, it looks as though our worst fears have been realized and Madara has regained all his power which means he's finally able to finish his plans that he started so long ago in this week's chapter of Naruto. The chapter is entitled "Infinite Tsukuyomi" and in case some of you haven't been paying attention, this is what Madara has been trying to accomplish through this entire war, a permanent Genjutsu cast across the world that effectively ends all free will for the shinobi world. After last week, Madara revealed his third eye that looks exactly like the one the Rabbit Goddess (The Sage's Mother) had when she absorbed the God Tree and started the use of chakra. Madara's power seems infinite now and even with their new powers I don't know if Naruto and Sasuke will be able to stop things from getting far worse. You'll have to jump on in and find out for yourself what unfolds and I'll see you all next week for another chapter of Naruto.

Naruto 676: The infinite dream

Things are beginning to look bleak once again for the final battle of the shinobi war as things heat up more and more in this week's chapter of Naruto. Last week we saw Madara escape the battle before Sasuke and Naruto could finally put a stop to them with their new impressive powers. Obito stands between Madara and the final act of the war with no way of stopping him as he's on his last leg and Black Zetsu is about to take control and with it Madara gains his other rinnegan once more. Before all this though Obito manages to do one final act and return Sakura to the real world and team 7 once again finds themselves together but will it be enough for all three of them to take on Madara with his full strength and just what power could he unleash now that he hadn't already before. Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura must be prepared to give it their all I think and work together to try and stop him and bring an end to this fight once and for all. See it all unfold in this week's chapter of Naruto, "The infinite dream," Murphy out. 

Naruto 675: Sasuke’s rinnegan

Hey everybody, after a short break last week Naruto is back and ready for more. To recap last chapter we continue to see the legendary powers that have been given to Naruto and Sasuke by the Sage of Sixth Paths as they finally push Madara back. Even with Madara’s considerable power he cannot take on the two now and starts to make drastic moves to gain the power of his other eye that Obito still has possession of in his other dimension. With only Sakura there alongside of Obito and Obito still contending with Black Zetsu trying to control his body, it seems to be easy picking for Madara to gain his other eye again. You’ll all have to read this week’s chapter and find out just what happens for Naruto and team 7. 

Naruto 674: Sasuke's rinnegan...!!

Hey everybody, sorry for the semi late entry but I'm here now so let's do this with another week of Naruto for all of you to enjoy. This week's chapter is entitled "Sasuke's rinnegan" and as the title may imply to some of you all Sasuke gets more of role in this upcoming battle with Madara instead of Naruto for a change. As we saw last week both of them have been endowed with incredible new power as they inherited the Sage of Sixth Paths son's legendary power, Sasuke with new ocular abilities and Naruto with what looks like an enhanced Kurama form that also bears a resemblance to the sage's form too. Naruto also has finally fulfilled the prophecy that has been brought up a few times about him where he will take control of all the Tailed beast without force and they will willingly lend him their power. With this all be enough though as Madara has taken the God Tree as a part of himself after Might Gai thrashed him into it, only one way to find out so hop on into this week's chapter of Naruto.

Naruto 673: We will…!!

Hey everyone, it’s Wednesday and you all know what that means it’s time for another week of Naruto and boy is it getting good. This week’s chapter is entitled “We will…!!” and picks up after Naruto and Sasuke meet the Sage of Six Paths and imbues them with new power that will hopefully turned the tide of the battle for good. But in the mean time we returned to Might Gai releasing the final gate and burning his youth with the Night Moth technique and it almost works, Gai deals an incredible blow against Madara and nearly kills him. Gai’s left in a burnt and horrible state but we see Naruto come to his aide at the last minute, it looks like another battle is on the rise and Sasuke is sure to be right by Naruto’s side. So you all better check this week’s chapter out and watch just what unfolds in what looks to be the final battle of the 4^th Great Shinobi War.  

Naruto 672: The Night Moth..!!

Hey everyone, it’s that time again to see what’s happening in the world of Naruto. This week’s chapter is entitled “The Night Moth..!!” and we learn just how much chakra has affected the present and the coming of this shinobi war with Madara. Last week we found out that both Naruto and Sasuke are the descendants of the Sage of Six Paths children that have come up before, one son inherited the impressive ocular power of his father and the other did not but he had what Konoha refers to as the Will of Fire and knowing strength comes from bonds. Give you a guess which one is Naruto and which one is Sasuke in that scenario. So from here the Sage has bestowed upon them new power but will it be enough? But the beginning of this week’s chapter picks up outside of Sasuke and Naruto and goes back to the incredible battle between Gai and Madara who is relishing in Gai’s extremely powerful taijustu but is still standing. You’ll have to jump on in and see just what happens in this week’s chapter of Naruto.

Naruto 671: Naruto and the Hermit of the six paths…!!

Well the twists keep on coming in this week’s chapter of Naruto and more and more the links to the past have affected the present shinobi world. After last week we learned that Naruto has awoken to find a surprising guest in his inner world and that he is in fact the Sage of Six Paths. He has told Naruto the tale of how all that has happened up till this point was because of the last time the God Tree was around and his mother took the fruit from it to create and introduce chakra to the world. Naruto has inherited the responsibilities of this decision made by the Sage’s mother and how the responsibility has been passed down from his children to Naruto who has inherited the chakra of the Sage’s son. This is a recurring theme which has gone beyond just Madara and Hashirama, going back to the dawning of chakra itself. What will the Sage have to say to Naruto and what does it all mean? Find out in another great chapter of Naruto. 

Naruto 670: The beginning…!!

Hey everybody, we’re back with another chapter of Naruto for you all to enjoy and you know things are getting a little complex. The chapter is entitled “The beginning…!!” and picks up right up after Madara was proceeding to get the tar kicked out of him by Might Gai and changes pace by revealing that Naruto is now awake. Almost immediately though you’ll find that the world Naruto has awoken to is not the real one or the world of where things get sent when Obito uses his kamui. No this is Naruto’s inner world inside of himself and there is yet another visitor to this place but not one that he would of expected to see since he’s neither done battle with them or shared any knowledge of them with. It’s quite an interesting chapter folks so hop in and get on it. 

Naruto 669: Hachimon Tonkou no Jin…!!

Hey everybody, well it looks like the back story for Might Gai wasn’t as disappointing as I thought it would be especially when you all dig into this week’s chapter. To recap Might Gai has decided that in order to make any sort of dent into Madara he will release the final gate in the eight inner gates which will most likely leave him dead afterwards. Now as some of you may have guessed by my closing statement last week, I’m not the biggest Might Gai or Lee fan for that matter but when it comes to fighting there are some impressive ones for both of them and this will definitely be one of Gai’s best. But will it finally be enough to put down Madara and the power of the Sage, hop on into this week’s chapter and find out.

Deadman Wonderland 55: A Foolish Wish

This chapter focuses more on the origin of the Wretched Egg, finally bringing things full circle and explaining what "the wish" is and why.  Ganta finally realizes the extent of his guilt in creating "original sin" and is finally ready to confront his sins.  As the chapter goes on, we finally realize the entire truth about how and why Ganta's class was murdered, and what brought him to Deadman Wonderland.  While we already knew what we needed to, we finally have some additional details that pave the way to a bit of a twist regarding the true identity of the Wretched Egg.  If you've read the previous chapters, you may have already seen one of the twists, but trust me, you probably don't know everything.  So check the link up above, and give the chapter a read.

Bleach 535: Everything but the Rain Op. 7 "Defenders"

***SPOILERS*** This week's chapter continues with the crisis that Masaki is going through.  With her forced hollowfication following her fight with Aizen's construct, she is in severe peril.  Ryuuken and Isshin are looking to save her however they can, and they may have found a way with the untimely arrival of Kisuke Urahara, who we all know has more than a little understanding of hollowfication.  However, the only way to save Masaki's soul from collapsing in on itself is to "tie" a soul that is "opposite" of her Quincy soul.  Ryuuken figures it out first, but Kisuke explains that she needs to be "tied" to a Shinigami, which means only Isshin can save her.  Will he go through with it?
